Very creamy and aromatic mango fruit ice cream with our Mango ice cream paste by Movito.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix the dry ingredients, ice cream paste, cremosa, oil & mangoes (depending on the recipe) and water at the highest level for 1 minute.
Let the ice cream mix in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
If you don't want to use cremosa, you have to leave out the oil too!
