Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix the milk, condensed milk, mango puree, lemon and dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Now put the ice in the ice cream maker.

The ice cream is amazing. However, instead of cream, I used a protein/milk 3,5% in a 1:1 ratio to the original recipe.
That could have gone wrong, but I was lucky. The mixture turned out sensationally good. I also used sweetened condensed milk and left out the sugar.
Compared to the original recipe, it is slightly less sweet
Of course, in order to be able to compare better, I also made the recipe described so that I could compare.
Both versions deserve 5 scoops and a cherry on top 😂
