Mango and strawberry sorbet

Mango and strawberry sorbet recipe. Delicious sorbet recipe with mangoes and strawberries.

Ingredients

250 g of mango
200g strawberry
200g water
60g lemon juice
150g Sorbet-Perfecto
10 g binderPerfecto
125g sugar
pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the mango, strawberries, lemon juice and the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 4:
Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
