Mix dry ingredients with milk, mix at the highest level, heat to 85 °, hold for a few seconds, cool slightly.
Add apricot puree and lemon juice, mix again vigorously.
Only now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Leave to mature in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours
Mix briefly, freeze.
With cold Variegato Layer in the ice bucket and freeze in the freezer for approx. 24 hours.
Froster should not have more than -18 °.
Mix all dry ingredients and bring to the boil together with the pureed fruits and lemon juice for approx. 1-2 minutes.
Fill into the sterilized glass while it is still hot, close immediately.
