Marzipan ice cream with a high proportion of marzipan

Cut the marzipan into smaller pieces.

Put all ingredients in the mixer and mix on the highest level for 2 minutes.

Let the mass mature in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Briefly stir the mixture again with the whisk and place in the ice cream maker.
