Ingredients

60g Eis-Perfecto
45g Eis-Perfecto-More
15g Bindemittel-Perfecto
1 pinch of salt
180g Milka hazelnut cream
700g milk 1.5%

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients well
Step 2:

Add the remaining ingredients and mix for 2 minutes at the highest level
Step 3:

Let ripen in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours
Step 4:

Now put in the ice cream maker or freeze by hand

Was my first type of ice cream, made very quickly and easily, delicious taste, slightly nutty and chocolaty and nice and creamy. Perfect entry
