Delicious ice cream made from the sinfully delicious Split Quark with zabaione flavor from Milram
Weigh and mix all dry ingredients.
Set the chocolate splits aside.
Mix the split quark in the beaker so that the zabaione mass is evenly distributed. Three cups do not add up to exactly 500 grams, so if there is any doubt, the balance sheet would not be correct if something of the zabaione mass remained in the cup.
Only then weigh out the 500 grams from the mixed quark.
Add all other ingredients (including the dry ones)
and stir with the food processor and beat for two minutes on the highest setting.
Let ripen for an hour in the refrigerator.
Turn into ice in the ice cream maker or by hand.
Just before the end, let the chocolate splits trickle in.
The zabaione mass can be neatly separated from two other cups of split quark and practically as a kind Variegato swirl between the finished ice cream. But then it becomes quite firm. You can of course tip the chocolate splits into the ice cream beforehand.
