The wish was a nougat ice cream with lots of pistachio and marzipan. Hold a Mozart ice cream, but without Mozart balls. Thanks to Andreas Thomäs support, it was a success.
The base made from nougat and marzipan, only with milk, is very tasty and not too sweet.
The matching pistachios Variegato is actually with normal oil, but I still had pumpkin seed oil from Styria, which has that Variegato made it really nutty. A recommendation that I can only pass on.

Oberlecker, I modified it a bit at the request of my friends. Grated marzipan and Cookie Varigato in addition. Really rich, it has to be iced again and again!
