For the Muh-Toffee ice cream, I took up the idea of Margot Hindenberger`s Milka Creme Ice cream and rebalanced it.

For the Muh-Toffee ice cream, I took up the idea of Margot Hindenberger`s Milka Creme Ice cream and rebalanced it.
Mix dry ingredients
With milk, heat condensed milk to 85 °, keep it briefly, dissolve Moo cream in it, there should not be any lumps
Mix on the highest level for 2 minutes
Cool in a water bath
Let ripen in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours
Mix, freeze in the ice cream maker
Possibly with Variegato layers.
Bring everything to the boil briefly, the moo cream should be nicely dissolved, i.e. free of lumps
Then stir in the toffee liqueur
Fill into sterilized screw-top jars and store in the refrigerator.
