Knead the butter and nougat, add the egg, vanilla sugar and salt and mix
Add flour and baking powder and knead
Refrigerate the dough for 1-2 hours
Preheat the oven to 190°, shape the dough into thin rolls (Ø approx. 1 cm) and cut strips 6 cm long. Lay the strips in a slight curve on a baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes
Let the nougat croissants cool down. Heat the chocolate icing and brush the ends of the nougat croissants
Heat the milk, cocoa and nougat and simmer for 2-3 minutes
Mix remaining ingredients
Mix the warmed milk with the remaining ingredients for 2 minutes
Allow the ice cream mix to mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes
Freeze ice in ice machine or hand freezing method
Crumble 6-10 nougat croissants
Crumbs with NoisetteVariegato mix and swirl under the ice
