A wonderful, chocolaty, creamy ice cream made from the nougat truffle pralines. The chocolates are alcohol-free. If you want a little more chocolate, you can add the chocolate sauce.
Melt the pralines in the heated whole milk (85 °)
Mix all dry ingredients together well.
Add the dry ingredients to the truffle milk and mix everything for 2 minutes on the highest level.
Add the cream and mix everything again briefly.
Let the cooled ice base mature in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours.
Mix the ice cream base and freeze in the ice cream maker
When I poured it into the box, I also layered the homemade chocolate sauce.
