Orange sorbet 100% juice content “super creamy”

Ingredients

700 g fresh orange juice
158 g Sorbet-Perfecto
85 g sugar
40 g lemon juice
17 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
Zest of an organic orange
a pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the orange juice and the zest of an organic orange with the lemon juice.
Step 3:
Add the dry ingredients and mix everything at the highest level for 2 minutes.
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
Step 5:
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
