Fruity, fresh orange sorbet with a high juice content and less sweetened.

Best of all with freshly squeezed juice made from sun-ripened fruits. Otherwise use a very good not-from-concentrate juice.

A little lemon juice increases the acidity required for a round taste. The replacement of the lemon juice content with bergamot juice was also tested. Also very tasty 🙂 Calamansi juice should definitely fit if you have leftovers.
