Mix dry ingredients
Halve the orange fillet
Mix the orange juice, lemon juice and the dry ingredients and bring to the boil for 1-2 minutes.
Now add the orange fillets and simmer on low temperature for 10 minutes.
Fill hot into mason jars and close
The orange fillets should be well loosened because there are as few cell walls as possible. Otherwise it could get very bitter.
