Ingredients

100g Variegato Perfecto
50g water
80g sugar
250g papaya
2og lemon juice
1 pinch vanilla paste (homemade)
1 sprig of rosemary
15-20g Cointreau

Preparation

Step 1:
Peel and puree the papaya
Step 2:
Mix all dry ingredients
Step 3:
Add the remaining ingredients to the papaya
Step 4:
stir well and simmer for 1-2 minutes at approx. 85 degrees
Step 5:
Finally add the Cointreau
Step 6:
Remove the sprig of rosemary and pour it into a jar
