Creamy Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream. Great peanut butter ice cream recipe with peanut butter cups. A quick, easy peanut butter cup ice cream that's fun to try. Making ice cream yourself is very easy here. But the Peanut Butter Cup ice cream recipe is even better for that.

I used the peanut butter cups at Reese's Mini's here https://amzn.to/2R3JWwR . They're pretty small. If you have large peanut butter cups, I recommend halving or quartering them.#

Ingredients

90 g Eis-Perfecto
40 g Perfecto-More
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
75 g sugar
15 g vanilla sugar
690 g whole milk 3,5%
75 g peanut paste or peanut butter
a pinch of salt
Ingredients that are later added to the ice cream
140 g peanut butter cups

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients
Step 2:
Mix the milk, peanut paste and dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes
Step 3:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes
Step 4:
Freeze the ice cream with an ice cream maker or the hand method and just before the ice cream is ready, add the peanut butter cups and stir in
