Mix all dry ingredients

Mix pear nectar or cooked pears, milk and honey together with the dry ingredients on the highest setting for 2 minutes.

Add the cream and mix again briefly.

Let ripen in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.

Make the ice cream with the ice cream maker or hand method.
