Ingredients

260 g pineapple
20 g lemon juice
335 g coconut milk
140 g milk 3,5%
160 g Eis-Perfecto
50 g sugar
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
20 g coconut jam (oil)
a pinch of salt
Ingredients that are later added to the ice cream
approx. 250g white chocolate sauce

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients
Step 2:
Puree the coconut milk with the pineapple and bring to the boil briefly.
Step 3:
Mix the milk, lemon juice, coconut butter and the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 4:
Let the ice cream mix in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 5:
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Step 6:
Now fill the finished ice cream in layers into a container and distribute it between each layer of white chocolate sauce
