Sometimes when I go shopping, something falls into the shopping cart and ice cream is made from it?

Ingredients

Ingredients ice cream
550g whole milk 3,5%
100g cream 30%
210g Lindt pistachio balls
95g Perfecto Ice powder
30g Perfecto Ice powder plus
15g Perfecto Bindemittel
2 teaspoons of pistachio paste
pinch of salt
Ingredients pistachios Variegato
10g honey
33g cream 30%
30g pistachio paste
25g sugar
4g butter
Ingredients pistachio paste
400g pistachios (see the recipe for nut paste in the recipe portal)

Preparation

Making ice cream
Step 1:
Mix dry ingredients
Step 2:
Warm the milk and melt the pralines in it
Step 3:
Add the dry ingredients, pistachio paste and the cream to the praline milk and heat at 65 degrees for 10 minutes on a low level (2-3 of the food processor) until all the ingredients have dissolved.
Step 4:
Let the ice base cool down
Step 5:
Let the ice base mature in the refrigerator for 3 hours
Step 6:
Freeze with the ice cream maker or the hand method.
Step 7:
Put the finished ice cream in the freezer and the pistachios Variegato layer in between (swirl if necessary).
How to prepare pistachios Variegato
Step 1:
Heat all ingredients together and bring to the boil briefly
Step 2:
Pour into a jar that has been rinsed with hot water

A creamy, melting dream Perfecto and Lindt???
This will also be our Christmas dessert, isn't there something that special every day???
A few more balls mixed in and roasted pistachios on top, a dream ???
