I didn't really make pistachio ice cream before. The ice cream from the supermarket was never my thing. But I couldn't convince in ice cream parlors either. But since I've been doing it myself, I've been a real fan. The taste through a real one Pistachio paste is something different than a flavor. Since I'm currently eating less sugar, I've changed my recipe to make it sugar-free. Ice cream without sugar is as always with Perfecto very creamy and sensationally delicious.
