Yummy, delicious plum marsala Variegato, which goes very well with zabaglione ice cream.
It doesn't matter whether the plum jam is homemade or bought.
It tastes good with zabaglione, plums or a neutral milk/cream or sorbet base.

Ingredients

Ingredients Variegato with homemade plum jam
170 g prunes
20 g of water
20 g sugar
30g Marsala
1/2 teaspoon citric acid
50 g Perfecto Variegato powder
optionally cut 2-4 plums into random pieces and add to the last few minutes Variegato give and cook

150 g plum jam
40 g of water
20 g sugar
30g Marsala

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix dry ingredients —

Add water and optional plum pieces and heat, stirring constantly, and simmer for about 10 minutes—

Then add the Marsala, bring to the boil briefly and fill into suitable containers while hot
