444 g milk 3,5%
150 g cream 30%
180g banana
40 g banana ICEPASTE Movito
pinch of salt

100 g Perfecto-X
15 g binderPerfecto
65 g xylitol
570 g milk 3,5%

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the milk, ice cream paste, depending on the variant, the bananas and the dry ingredients together at the highest level for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 5:
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.

Variant without sugar with ice cream paste: perfect consistency, the taste reminds me of an ice cream from my childhood - banana joe, if anyone knows that 😉 a bit artificial but I still love the taste
