Fast pistachio ice cream

Here's a pistachio ice cream, which is really quick to prepare if you have the ingredients at hand.

575 ml of cream
275 ml of milk
165 g sugar
15 g Bindemittel Perfecto
35 g Eis-Perfecto
1 bag of pistachio pudding (from Komet, available from Penny)
70 g unsalted shelled roasted pistachios (e.g. from SimplySunn, also available from Penny) or pistachio puree
15 g chopped pistachios (e.g. Dr. Oetker or chopped yourself)

Step 1:
Mix 500 ml cream with the sugar and stir until the sugar has dissolved,
Step 2:
Bindemittel Perfecto, Eis-Perfecto and stir in the pudding powder,
Step 3:
Stir in the remaining cream and milk
Step 4:
Crush the roasted pistachios very finely and fold in or stir in the pistachio puree
Step 5:
Process everything into a homogeneous mass and let it mature if necessary,
Step 6:
Can also be put directly into the ice cream machine (duration approx. 40 minutes depending on the filling quantity)
Step 7:
Add the chopped pistachios about 2 minutes before the end
Step 8:
Fill and, if necessary, layer chopped pistachios between the masses and let them freeze in the freezer
