The Raffaello ball as ice cream

It's super creamy and melts on the tongue ... thanks to the very coarsely chopped Raffaello balls that are added shortly before the end, the shell, the nut and the coconut flakes give you a great bite and crunch ... for me one of the most delicious ice creams. Also very tasty on any Variegato Fruit mirror!

I swapped the sugar for 20 g of Monin coconut syrup.
If you like it a little sweeter, take 25 g coconut syrup.
