Make ice yourself 
I love to eat Raffaello soooo, the limited edition raspberry tastes particularly delicious, so an ice cream had to be created with it.
No sooner said than done, because I wanted to emphasize the coconut taste, I came up with the idea of coconut milk.
Soooooo delicious !!
Mix all dry ingredients
Mix the raspberry Raffaellos in a blender
Mix the milk and dry ingredients together in the mixer / food processor on the highest setting for at least 2 minutes
Put the base with the mixed Raffaellos in a pot / food processor and heat to approx. 85 ° while stirring constantly and let it steep for 10 minutes
I did this in a boiling food processor
After 5 minutes, add coconut milk
Mix again briefly at the highest level
Cool in a water bath, let the ice cream mix in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours
Then mix briefly and freeze in the ice cream maker
Just before the freezing process ends, mix in the roughly chopped raspberry Raffaello
Ice removal at about -8,5 ° ice temperature
Pour into an ice bucket and leave to freeze in the freezer for approx. 24 hours
The freezer should not be more than -18 °.

A very interesting ice cream. We personally don't like the pralines. The raspberry taste is so artificial, but the ice cream tastes very good, especially with the coconut milk.
