Raspberry ice cream is my favorite fruit ice cream and here is a slightly "different" variant?.

The delicious balsamic cream can be placed in ice cream or in a Variegato, layered or given as a topping on top of the ice.

Making ice cream
Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients together well
Step 2:
Mix the dry ingredients, condensed milk, milk, lemon juice and fruit puree for 2 minutes at the highest level
Step 3:
add the cream to the mix and mix again for 10-20 seconds on a low level
Step 4:
allowing the ice base to mature in the refrigerator for at least three hours
Step 5:
Freeze the ice base with the ice maker or the hand method
Step 6:
Put the finished ice cream in a freezer and, if you like, layer in the delicious balsamic cream
Step 7:
Freeze for 24 hours in the freezer at -18 degrees
Preparation of the balsamic cream
Step 1:
Simmer the dark balsamic vinegar in a pan on a low temperature until it has reduced by half
Step 2:
Remove the pan from the heat and season with icing sugar to taste - - let it cool completely and then either layer it in the ice or add it as a topping on the ice.
