Make ice yourself 
because I have used this cream as a dessert and also on the cake base since my youth

It is wonderfully velvety and creamy and tastes wonderfully like red wine in cream
all dry ingredients (Perfecto minus, Eis Perfecto, Salt, sugar, red wine cream)
Mix the dry ingredients with the whole milk and red wine and mix in the blender for at least two minutes on the highest setting
add the cream and stir again briefly
Let the ice base mature in the refrigerator for at least an hour
Put the finished base in the ice cream maker or freeze using the hand frieze method

Let the ice cold “dessert” melt on your tongue, simply delicious. Highly recommended for red wine lovers.
