1. Heat the roasted almonds with approx. 30-50g of the milk until the sugar has melted.
2. Now work the whole thing into a paste
3. Mix dry ingredients
4. Mix all ingredients, except the cream, for 2 minutes at the highest level
5. Add the cream and mix briefly on a low level
6. Bring it to the boil and let it steep for 85 minutes at 5 degrees
7. Cool and let mature in the refrigerator for at least three hours
8. Mix again with a whisk and then freeze with the ice maker or the hand method.
9. If you like, you can add coarsely chopped roasted almonds shortly before the end of freezing (delicious crunch?)
