Roses ice cream
Heat milk
Pluck the rose petals and add to the heated milk
Let it cool down and cover it in the fridge for 24 hours
Then puree the rose milk and pass through a fine hair sieve
Mix all dry ingredients
Mix the rose milk, condensed milk and the dry ingredients at the highest level for 2 minutes
Now add the cream and mix again briefly
Let ripen in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours (overnight for me)
Freeze the ice with an ice maker or the hand method
