Fruity sea buckthorn ice cream recipe for lovers of sea buckthorn. The ice cream is very creamy and has a nice acidity, as you would expect from Sandorn.

Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix the milk, sea buckthorn juice and the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.

Made it for the first time today, took the 750g version and it is very tasty and refreshing. We drink a shot glass of sea buckthorn juice every day and the ice cream version was an obvious choice.
