Sea buckthorn sour cream ice cream recipe! A great recipe for all sea buckthorn fans. It combines the fruity-sour note of the sea buckthorn with the creaminess of the sour cream.
Not too sweet but with a clear sea buckthorn note and all with xylitol. It is therefore suitable for diabetics, low carb or ketogenic people.
I use a gently cold-pressed sea buckthorn juice as a base. So a 100% fruit juice / pulp that does not contain any additives. This does not mean syrups, nectar products or sweetened juices.
