I had been given a pack of Belgian chocolates. These "seafood" are not so popular with us. So I thought to myself, they're definitely not bad as ice cream 😋.

I had been given a pack of Belgian chocolates. These "seafood" are not so popular with us. So I thought to myself, they're definitely not bad as ice cream 😋.
And I was right! Delicious.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Melt the seafood in the milk.
Leave to cool briefly.
Mix the dry ingredients together with the milk and praline mix at the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Mix in the cream briefly.
Let the mix mature in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours.
Mix again briefly with a hand blender or similar.
Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
If you like, you can put a couple of nicely chopped “seafood” in the machine just before the ice cream is ready.
