As a dad, what do you do not always do everything to surprise your kids with new ice cream creations? On our vacation, my wife brought the children an Ahoi Brause ice cream from the supermarket. Wow I thought to myself. That's a great idea. The children of course liked this beautiful colorful ice cream.

So I thought, as an ice cream man, I should be able to make it myself. So I didn't hesitate for long. A few days later, I wrote down the ice cream recipe and quickly gathered the ingredients. Well, quickly, it took a while. I found the Ahoi fizzy powder right away at our local supermarket. But not the fizzy pearls. So I quickly ordered them from Amazon. As usual, the delivery was quick, and the Ahoi fizzy pearls arrived the next day.

What can I say, that effervescent ice cream not only looks great, it is also MEGA delicious. Not only does my kids like it, my wife and I have fun with it too.

The ice cream consists of 2 variants that are filled into the ice box next to each other, so that both colors and flavors always end up in one ball when removing. I opted for raspberry and woodruff, but the other effervescent varieties also work.
