The snow white coffee ice cream is a creamy white coffee ice cream made with a coffee syrup.

Bring the coffee beans to the boil with the water, stir in the sugar and let it steep overnight.
Then sift through.
Mix all dry ingredients
Then add milk, condensed milk and syrup and mix for 2 minutes on the highest level.
then add the cream and mix very briefly on a low level.
Let ripen for 6 minutes and then place in the ice cream maker.

Unfortunately not snow-white, but I'll try it with beans in milk instead of water. I used espresso beans so it was nice and intense.
