Definitely my generation! mmmmhhh….

i loved that ... and now i tried to imitate it and i have to say it is Perfecto.

The highly concentrated syrup from Soda Stream gives me the full, intense taste of cola and in combination with the freshly squeezed lemon it tastes wonderfully sour.

It's wonderful to suck and doesn't melt on your tongue straight away ... just Perfecto!

Ingredients

80 g Cola Syrup Soda Stream
540 g water
30 g lemon juice
170g sugar syrup 3: 1
18 g binder Perfecto
102 g Perfecto minus
60 gPerfecto Sorbet Ice Cream
Sugar syrup 3: 1
600 g sugar
230 g of water
1/2 teaspoon citric acid

Preparation

Step 1:
Make the sugar syrup
Step 2:
Mix all dry ingredients
Step 3:
Squeeze the lemon
Step 4:
Put the water, the cola syrup, the sugar syrup and the lemon juice in the blender and stir
Step 5:
Add the dry ingredients and mix on the highest level for at least two minutes
Step 6:
Let ripen for an hour in the refrigerator
Step 7:
Prepare the molds for the ice cream
Step 8:
Pour the cola ice cream base into the molds and carefully place / place in the freezer and let freeze for at least 12 hours
Step 9:
Preparation of sugar syrup
Step 1:
Heat the water, citric acid and sugar at the highest level, stirring constantly
