Speculoos ice cream

Mix all dry ingredients.

Mix the milk, speculoos and the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes and briefly bring to the boil to approx. 85 ° C.

Let cool in the water bath and mix well again.

Now add the cream and mix again briefly.

Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.

Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.

Tip: If you like, you can add pieces of speculoos to the ice cream.
