585 g whole milk 3,5%
200 g cream 30%
105 g Perfecto-X
15 g Perfecto-Bindemittel-X
95 g xylitol
pinch of salt
Optional 10 g Stracciatella ICE PASTE Movito
Optional 5g Perfecto-Cremosa
Ingredients that are later added to the ice cream
100g chocolate chips or chopped chocolate / It should be sugar free chocolate

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:

Mix the milk and dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:

Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Step 4:

Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 5:

Now freeze the ice cream with an ice cream machine or the hand method and just before the ice cream is ready, add the chocolate chips or chopped chocolate and stir in.
