Melt the couverture together with the oil
Mix all dry ingredients
Mix the milk, ice cream paste or yoghurt depending on the variant and the dry ingredients together at the highest level for 2 minutes.
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method
When the ice cream is ready, let the melted couverture run into the ice cream machine that is still running and let it spread very briefly

If you like yoghurt ice cream and stracciatella, you will love this combination - tastes so good - I could fool myself
I made the 2nd variant - and above all it's exactly my sweetness (10 g less sugar taken out of caution)

A very tasty and creamy yogurt stracciatella ice cream. I thought my husband and I each had a favorite, but this ice cream beats all the others for us, even though all the flavors we've had so far are very good and creamy. I took the 1st variant.
