Ingredients

300 g cream cheese
245 g milk 3,5%
140 g fresh or frozen strawberries
100 g condensed milk 10%
15 g lemon juice
115 g Perfecto-More
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
50 g sugar
20 g vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:

Mix the milk, cream cheese, condensed milk, lemon juice, strawberries and the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:

Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 4:

Freeze the ice cream with an ice cream machine or the hand method and just before the end add the butter biscuit pieces and mix them in.
Step 5:
