Strawberry sorbet – super creamy like with whipped cream (vegan & alcohol-free)

This strawberry sorbet is one of my absolute classics – and honestly, one of my personal favorites! It's not only wonderfully fruity, but also incredibly creamy, although it is completely without cream, without dairy products and without alcohol Perfect for anyone looking for a vegan ice cream recipe but still wanting a full mouthfeel.

The basis for this recipe is ripe, aromatic strawberries—preferably fresh or gently frozen—combined with the perfect balance of sweetness and fruit acidity. Thanks to my special sorbet preparation, the ice cream achieves a consistency that's truly comparable to dairy ice cream in terms of creaminess. And that's exactly what makes the difference!

The recipe is super easy and quick to make – perfect even for beginners in ice cream making. You only need a few ingredients and no complicated techniques.
