This super creamy Amarena cherry ice cream recipe is awesome. That Amarena cherry ice cream is still one of my favorite ice cream recipes. But this Amarenakirsch ice cream recipe with condensed milk is also something very special. Thanks to the condensed milk, this Amarena cherry ice cream is very full-bodied and creamy. I'm a fan of variety and so I can only recommend this great ice cream recipe to every Amarenakirsch ice cream fan.

Ingredients

520 g whole milk 3,5%
140 g cream 30%
100 g condensed milk 10%
140 g Eis-Perfecto
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
85 g sugar
pinch of salt
optional 5g Perfecto-Cremosa
Version without sugar
520 g whole milk 3,5%
150 g cream 30%
100 g condensed milk 10%
130 g Perfecto-X
15g XBindemittel-Perfecto
85 g xylitol
pinch of salt
optional 5g Perfecto-Cremosa
Ingredients that go into the ice cream later
200 g - 250 g Amarena cherry Variegato
or 200 g - 250 g Amarena cherries

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the milk, condensed milk and the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 5:
Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Step 6:
Now fill the finished ice cream in layers into a container and place the Amarena cherry between each layer Variegato spread and swirl gently with a spoon.
