Ingredients

30g sugar
30-35g Variegato perfecto
90-100g mandarin puree / juice from the slow juicer.

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix the dry ingredients, bring to the boil with the mandarin juice - approx. 1 minute.
Step 2:
You can add a shot of tangerine liqueur, then it would be with alcohol. (I had homemade mandarin liqueur in stock.)
Step 3:
Hot, fill into a sterilized jar with a screw cap, close immediately.
