A new ice cream for the winter! If you love tangerines, you have to try this ice cream. Suitable for Nicholas or Christmas Eve. And because it's festive, I didn't skimp on tangerines or mascarpone.

For the ice cream, please peel the mandarins and remove the threads well, cut in half - remove all the seeds and then puree, or simply juice the mandarins! Then you play it safe because of bitter substances!

You can of course also use tangerineVariegato swirl in - then it gets even fruity!

Ingredients

80 g sugar
3 g salt
115 g Eis Perfecto
15 g Perfecto Bindemittel
450 g of tangerines pureed / juiced
120 g milk 3,5%
60 g whipped cream 36%
50 g condensed milk 10%
110 g Mascarpone

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the milk, condensed milk, mascarpone and dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Then add the whipped cream and tangerines and stir again.
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 5:
Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
