Delicious bananaVariegato sugar-free. That Variegato goes well with ice cream and desserts.

Ingredients

230 g ripe bananas
35 g of water
15 g lemon juice
120g XVariegato-Perfecto
100 g xylitol

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Puree the bananas, lemon juice and dry ingredients
Step 3:
Bring everything to the boil in a saucepan for 1-2 minutes and then simmer gently for 10 minutes.
Step 4:
Fill hot into mason jars and close
Step 5:
The varigato should then steep for 24 hours.
