Toffifee

This creamy Toffifee ice cream is not made with homemade caramel and chocolate sauce, but with the right Toffifee to snack on.

If you like whole nuts in the ice cream, you can only melt the Toffifees, if you don't like nuts or crunch, mix them together.

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix milk and dry ingredients (except Toffifee) on the highest level for 2 minutes
Step 2:
Add the cream and Toffifee * and heat everything together to 10C for 85 minutes. If you don't have a boiling food processor, stir occasionally. Be careful not to burn it.

* if you don't like whole nuts, just heat the toffifee without cream with the other ingredients.

Then you can mix them very finely with the mixer from the cooking kitchen machines. Now add the cream and continue heating for a few minutes.
Step 3:
Let the approach mature for at least 60 minutes. (I always leave it overnight)
Step 4:
Put in the ice cream maker and let freeze. At about - 8,5C I take it out of the machine.
Step 5:
In the freezer for one night and enjoy. (We couldn't wait and a few hours later we ate 🙂
