For me as a coconut fan, a "must have"

When I saw this pack for the first time I had to grab it immediately.

After the first tasting I thought this tasted like more and ice cream would be great with it.

However, after our return from Heviz Therme, I could not find this anywhere in Vienna.

After 2 weeks there was this edition in a leaflet, I bought the last 7 packs.

On the WE made a balance sheet and made ice cream, tastes sooo good, I'm in coconut heaven.

Step 1:
Making ice cream
Step 1:

Mix the milk and dry ingredients (except Toffifee) at the highest level for 2 minutes
Step 2:

Add shredded Toffifee and heat everything together for a few minutes to 85°
Step 3:

I prepare the mix in my Thermomix, but you can also do it in a pot on the stove, be careful not to burn it
Step 4:

Mix very finely in the Thermi so that there are no large pieces in it. (or blender)
Step 5:

You can now add Cremosa Paste and mix well again
Step 6:

Add the cream and mix briefly
Step 7:

Allow the ice cream mix to mature in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours. (or overnight)
Step 8:

Mix briefly, freeze in the ice cream maker
Step 9:

Iron removal at -8° to -8,5°
Step 10:

Leave to freeze in the freezer at -24 to -16° for 18 hours

Preparation Variegato
Step 1:

Mix all the ingredients well, simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly with a whisk so that nothing burns
Step 2:
Pour hot into glasses
Step 3:

You can take the amount several times, I do Variegato always just for an ice cream
Step 4:

Allow to cool completely, ideally prepare the day before.
