I like to use fresh fruit in my sorbets. However, I have to take a little more time. When I tried our new Fruit purees I wanted to try it immediately. So the first thing I did was to get our Tropical Fruit Puree and conjured up a delicious sorbet. Fruity, refreshing and full of tropical flavors - that sounded perfect for the hot days! And that's exactly what it was. As soon as the sorbet came out of the ice cream maker, we tried it straight away. Delicious!
Of course, you can also use fresh fruits like pineapple, mango and passion fruit, but if you want to make it quick, then fruit puree the right choice for me. Imagine the taste of juicy mangos, sweet pineapples and refreshing passion fruits combined in a single scoop of sorbet.
