Vanilla ice cream "La Gelateria" just like in the old classic gelateria. In the past, ice cream was made with egg yolk as an emulsifier. To round off the flavor, lemon zest was added. Our vanilla ice cream "La Gelateria" combines exactly that. You get a wonderful vanilla ice cream with a delicate yellow color, just like you'd expect from an ice cream parlor, and with a hint of lemon, just like in the old days.
