Ingredients

485 g whole milk 3,5%
150 g cream 30%
150 g condensed milk 10%
80 g Perfecto-More
25 g Eis-Perfecto
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
80 g sugar
15 g homemade vanilla paste
a pinch of salt
Version without sugar
485 g whole milk 3,5%
150 g cream 30%
150 g condensed milk 10%
105 g Perfecto-X
15g XBindemittel-Perfecto
80 g xylitol
15-25 g vanilla paste
pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the milk, condensed milk, vanilla paste and the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 5:
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.

If you don't want to use an egg, the perfect vanilla ice cream. Great aroma, nice and creamy. An ice cream that should always be in the freezer!

A perfect creamy melt-in-the-mouth vanilla ice cream, perfect for any occasion ?????

We are excited?
Instead of the vanilla paste, I took a few drops of liquid vanilla and it tastes delicious and creamy even though it is without an egg.
