Of course, I could have just used one of our many vanilla ice cream recipes. But in search of the optimal vanilla ice cream, I decided to make a new recipe. If you already have a favorite vanilla ice cream, you can of course also use any other recipe. My favorite thing is vanilla ice cream with a little egg yolk. I think it works like a flavor enhancer and rounds off the ice cream very well. So I decided to use 2 eggs for one yolk for this recipe. Not only does it taste delicious, it also benefits the color of the ice cream. Of course, the eyes eat with this vanilla ice cream with fudge brownies and caramel swirl.

It all comes down to the toppings

Last but not least, the ice cream also lives from the great fudge brownies and the caramel swirl. The fudge brownies are cut into small pieces and later put into the finished ice cream. I got the caramel swirl with that Toffee caramel Variegato made. So that the toffee caramel Variegato becomes a little creamier, I mixed 100g with 10g of cold cream.
